The Dockmaster is a totally dust free, eco friendly alternative to dry open abrasive blasting. It is capable of preparing hull surfaces to the most exacting standards. With its the 3000 bar operating pressure, the Dockmaster can prepare up to 150 sq. metres per hour to NACE/SSPC, WJ1/SC-2A filter/recovery module collects and separates the waste water and removed solids which are then retained for disposal. The amount of solid waste generated is significantly less than with dry or wet abrasive blasting. Direct recovery eliminates the time consuming work of clean up.
