Hammelmann has completed it’s range of trailer mounted pumpsets by adding a 2 tonne trailer suitable for 50kW and 70kW pumps and a 3.5 tonne trailer suitable for 200kW pumps. So, whether its surface preparation, coatings removal, cold cutting steel or concrete, blast-pad works, rotorjet, pinjet, pipe or  general cleaning work, we have a trailer unit to suit your requirements.

Hammelmann Australia welcomed customers from right across Australia to our inaugural Demonstration Day recently.  New technology including the first Australian ES3 controlled HDP500, magnetic spiderjet, KOKS CycloVac DG-rated vacuum truck and Masterjet rotary nozzle were on display.

Did you know that you can change the performance of your Hammelmann high pressure pump by fitting a conversion kit? From 1000 to 3000 bar simply and reliably to suit the intended application…from drain cleaning to steel cutting.

The typical Hammelmann pump design enables you to carry out the change very quickly with some simple tools.

If you need to change the performance on a regular basis, you can exchange the complete water end fully assembled. This increases reliability and reduces the changeover time to a matter of minutes. Select the new pressure step on your ES2 Controller and you are ready to go!

                                                                                       

An ambitious project…the first Australian assembled KOKS Ecovac Truck! It’s just been lifted onto a Volvo chassis. After completion, it will meet Australia’s DG Class 3, 8 and 9 regulations.  Suitable for hydrocarbons, corrosive and toxic substances.

Hammelmann Australia is proud to announce our new partnership with KOKS Group. Our first industrial vacuum truck is due into Australia in early 2017.

The KOKS CycloVac air displacement system with cyclone separator is designed for heavy industrial applications and is suitable for suctioning, displacing (option), transporting and unloading of dry, wet and hazardous substances, such as various types of catalyst, (roof) gravel, powders, fly ash and sludge.

Specially developed for working with hazardous and contaminated substances, the system is available in PED, ASME, ADR (Ceoc), DG and/or ATEX (Ex) (pump system) versions and built in accordance with all applicable safety standards. The system comes complete with Hammelmann pump.
